Conference for Food Protection – Execcutive Assistant

Applications are being accepted for the position of Executive Assistant (EA) with the Conference for Food Protection (CFP) from September 24 through October 7, 2018.

An Executive Assistant Selection Committee has been established by the Conference Executive Board. Prospective appointees may be contacted by this Committee as a function of an oral interview. The application review and interview process is expected to begin in mid-October.

Develop, implement, validate and manage all quality programs along with quality strategies that will support and environment of rapid growth with strong focus on customer loyalty, cost reduction, safety and productivity goals. Provide on-going assurance that food products and food safety practices confirm to standards and specification from incoming raw material to outgoing packaged products. Ensure compliance with USDA and FDA regulations (including FSMA), Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP and other related regulations. Work directly with all departments to schedule and complete inspection activities and to enforce requirements as specified by raw materials ingredients, products and package specifications, and regulatory agencies.
